Ralph was great! Called him at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday with my problem and he came first thing Friday morning. He ran a little bit late, but he called to tell me he'd be at my house in 15 minutes! (And he was!) I appreciated the call. I thought I burned out the motor on my garbage disposal as I could smell rubber and it was also leaking. I wanted a price on replacement. I ended up not replacing it as I couldn't afford it right now. And I don't really use it that much. He took out the disposal and hooked the sink back into the main piping. Took about 45 minutes. He was very polite. I would definitely hire him again. He didn't rush me off the phone, and he didn't try to sell me a new disposal. He also answered my questions regarding a possible toilet replacement project.

Ralph provided the best communication from any contractor I have ever had at my house. From the moment of the first call I knew exactly when Ralph was arriving, incredibly professional and friendly. And, not only did he rectify our issue in a short amount of time, but then took care of another issue we have had for the past two years. No other plumber could figure it out. Ralph solved it in about 10-15 minutes!

Answered our request promptly and was even prepared with the tools needed to create an access to the pipes that we were unaware was missing. Even with that hiccup, both jobs were done in about 80 minutes total. I also thought the pricing was very fair considering he had to do extra work in order to complete the jobs for us.

Ralph was excellent. He came over quickly and was realistic about our situation. Fortunately, things were not as bad as they could have been, and he was able to make a complete repair of the valve involved and replaced the 3-valve faucets with a brand new single valve unit. The best part is that the new setup looks 100% better as well as fixing the leak. Not only that, he completely cleaned up the work areas so you wouldn't know that we had plumbing work done, except that the problem was fixed! We kept his business card in a safe place because we will definitely call him again.
